Change is coming – to number plates?
Two big events in one week – first the DVLA sealed bids auction and now the presdiential election – when will things calm down?
So change has finally come to America – here in the office were trying to think of the best OBAMA number plates should he wish to indulge when he visits the UK on his first visit as the most powerful man in the West.
